Development Operations Manager
Crystal has 20+ years of experience in the nonprofit sector. She is passionate about organizations that improve communities and the lives of individuals. The majority of Crystal’s nonprofit experience has been in development operations and executive administration. She believes her purpose in life is to help others through behind the scene support and organization. Crystal is a native of Virginia and attended Virginia Commonwealth University prior to enlisting in the U.S. Naval Reserves. She also has had an expansive career with the federal government.
Crystal’s love of nature and care for individual’s health attracted her to Climate Emergency Fund. She enjoys growing indoor and outdoor plants, long nature walks, rowing, book clubs, and community volunteerism. Crystal lives in Columbus, Ohio with her husband.
